The entertainment scene in South Asia is set to change with the launch of Brown Boy Pvt Ltd, a new entertainment company co-founded by three-time Grammy Award-winning artist Ne-Yo, along with Sri Lankan entrepreneurs Amith Boteju and Champike Munasinghe.
Brown Boy Pvt Ltd aims to improve Sri Lanka’s place in global entertainment. The company is based in Colombo and has a strong vision: to create a vibrant entertainment circuit based out of Sri Lanka that connects India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, and the Maldives, which together have over 1.8 billion people and untapped opportunities in event tourism.
The event has received the official endorsement of the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau, under the Ministry of Tourism, recognizing Ne-Yo Live in Sri Lanka as a flagship initiative in the development of the country’s emerging concert economy.
